Data Support

IAS provides data support to the University community. Please visit the Data Catalog, Reports, Assessment, and Gov't Reporting sections of this site before requesting custom data from IAS. If you were not able to find the information you are seeking, have questions about interpreting IAS data or reports, or are seeking any of the types of assistance listed below, please fill out the Data Support Form below, which ensures that your request is sent to the correct IAS staff member. An initial response should be received within one working day.

The Data Support Form allows users to request the following types of assistance from IAS:

  • Paper copies of existing institutional or assessment data collected by IAS or reports written by IAS that are not available on the web
  • Custom institutional data requests from students, faculty and staff
  • Interpreting and understanding IAS data and reports
  • Assessment survey design and/or administration for students, faculty and staff
  • Program review
  • Learning outcomes assessment
  • Access to IAS' SAS Internet Query System for key members of the University faculty and staff and the WEAVE system for management of assessment planning
  • Other requests about IAS data and reports from other Universities, state and federal government agencies, higher education organizations, the press, and the public
