The University of Virginia, Space and Real Estate Management along with Virginia Tech will be co-hosting a real estate roundtable discussion and you are invited to attend. This roundtable will provide an opportunity for those involved in real estate at Virginia four-year colleges and universities to meet and discuss current real estate issues. Hopefully, this opportunity will provide a background for future collaboration and discussion as we all try to meet the real property needs of our individual institutions.

Park in the Central Grounds Parking Garage, Newcomb Hall is right next to the garage.

Directions:
From I-64:
Following signs to the UVA Information Center, get off at exit 118B for the Route 29/250 Bypass. Go approximately 2 miles and take the off ramp for Route 250 East Business (Ivy Road). Turn right off the exit ramp and follow Ivy Road. At the fourth traffic light, turn right on Route 29 Business/Emmet Street. Continue 1/2 block just past the blinking light. Turn left into the University of Virginia parking garage (hourly fees), which is directly in front of Newcomb Hall.
