Welcome to the Office of Space Management. 

This office manages the University space inventory data and drawings and other space related databases- files for Deeds, Certificates of Use and Occupancy, Building Permits and Tent Permits for the University.  For a detail list of information maintain and coordinated by this office please view Space Management Flow Chart.

Our mission is to provide services related to space need, issues, relocation, analysis, and utilization.

For all space related needs, a Space Request Form is required for University Owned or Leased space.  The Space Request Form is to be submitted for approval prior to initiating any action taken by the department of Space and Real Estate Management.  If you need assistance in filling out the forms or have questions, please contact Joann Im-Duxbury or you may call her at 982-5823.
