| University enrollment
projections are developed in conjunction with the Vice Presidents and Deans
and are approved by the Board of Visitors (BOV) biennially in the spring
of odd numbered years. They are also submitted to and approved by SCHEV.
The document approved by the BOV is much less detailed and is displayed
in different categories than those required by SCHEV. Both versions are
presented here and are consistent with each other at the bottom line.
